We have assembled below terms and conditions for our procedures, so that they have a complete understanding of how we exchange and what our principles are. If you ever have a question about something, please let us know. We want your experience with Oracle Exchange to be simple, trouble-free and efficient.
I. The “Customer” means a physical person or company who engages in Oracle Exchange services by buying, selling or exchanging goods with Oracle Exchange or doing any other business with us.
II. The “Store” means Oracle Exchange Limited.
- Identification and Security
In order to protect Customer’s and Store’s interests, Customers’ Store accounts, Customers may have to undergo certain identity establishment / verification procedures, which may include, but are not limited to, photocopies of their documents, such as their official Photo ID, most recent utility bill(s) and other document(s) that may help to establish their identity; telephone verification calls; telephone and address directories look ups; verification “snail-mail” letters and codes. The Store may research and investigate any order and/or transaction that may seem suspicious or questionable. Should proper information and/or documentation not be supplied to satisfy identity verification measures, the Store reserves the right to refuse service and not process order(s).
The Store reserves the right to block, close or restrict any account within the Store at any time without notice and without explaining the reason(s) for such blockage, closure or restriction of the account.
The Store reserves the right to cancel any order and/or transaction at any time without notice and without explaining the reason(s) for such cancellation.
Any reasonable and well-founded suspicion of unlawful activity, including, but not limited to, child pornography, credit/debit/charge card fraud, money laundering, financing of terrorism, sale and/or purchase of illegal drugs or weapons, will result in prompt sharing of any known relevant information with proper authorities without notice.
There is no monthly fee or subscription.
- Liability Limit
In no event shall the Store or its suppliers be held responsible for lost profits or any special, incidental or consequential damages arousing out of, or in connection with the Service’s site, services or these Terms and Conditions, however arising.
If, for any reason whatsoever, the Store is not able to process an order as requested by a Customer, the Store will only be liable and will refund the customer for the same amount, and in the same form it had received digital units (digital currency), funds, or otherwise from the Customer.
The Customer hereby waves any right to any additional compensation beyond refund.
The Customer agrees to indemnify and hold the Store and its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, agents, and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by the Customer and/or any party due to or arising out of a breach of these terms and conditions, or violation of any law or the rights of a third party, or otherwise arising out of the use of the Store’s service(s).
- Order Processing time
Although most of the orders are completed in less than 24 hours, due to high volume of fraudulent activities, each and every PayPal and Credit Card payments may takes up to 7 business days to be verified. Customer is able to cancel the order and request refund. Refunds will be processed as described in Refund/Return Policy
- Refund/Return Policy
I. The Customer can return a purchased item to the Store within 7 (seven) days after the date the respective customer received their product.
II. A refund will be issued in the same form used to purchase the item. Applicable return fees carried by the company may be deducted from the refund amount.
III. The Store reserves the right to keep any fees associated with the Customer’s purchase.
IV. The refund will be processed within 3 (three) business days after the date it was requested.
V. If customer opens any kind of dispute or claim against the Store, Store will provide the information to the proper authorities and wait for their outcome. Upon deciding in our favor we will deduct 50% of your payment to cover the damage you have caused and refund the remaining.
Acts of fraud or any other unlawful attempts (including abusive content and/or speech) against the Store, associates thereof, or the general public will result in the Store’s sharing any known information related to the act with appropriate government agencies; as well as holding associated digital currency or funds until any questionable matter is resolved.
The Store offers its products and services as a third party, and is in no way related with American Express, Visa, MasterCard, c-gold, WebMoney, Pecunix, HyperWallet, Liberty Reserve, SolidTrust Pay, Global Digital Pay or PayPal.
